TO ROME
Gentle fragrance with fruit scents, raspberry and cassis. They also highlight the tertiary aromas of aging on the lees, which give it more wine and syrupy characters.
TASTE
The palate is very full with a splendid bubbly sensation that fills the palate. The red fruit also appears if it fits more markedly than in the nose. With a long persistence.
