SIGHT: Intense cherry red color.
SMELL: Complex highlighting subtle notes of spices such as cloves, providing an early fresh expression of fruity notes like cherry and plum. It evolves heightening rich aromas of purple flowers from the Syrah, which disputes the notes of red fruits and liquorice offered by the Tempranillo. Lightly toasted in oak barrels provides a slight finesse.
TASTE: The palate is ripe and full, indulging with elegant tannins.

ELABORATION: Casked, pre-fermentation cold maceration and 14 days fermentation at 25ºC in order to extract colour and tannins and aromas AGEING: 5 months in oak.
