Description

Crossos is a wine with a cherry red colour of high intensity. Lovely aromas in which red and black fruits stand out; hints of balsamic, thyme, orange peel and species.

Medium bodied and good intensity in the mouth, well balanced; where fruit and freshness are pleasantly expressed.

Ageing: 6 months in French (%80) and American (%20) oak barrels

Vinification

This wine is made with grapes from all around the region, singled out from the best vine growers of the Priorat D.O.Q.

Fermentation and maceration of each variety are done separately, in stainless steel tanks.

After a very soft pressing, is our vertical press, the wine is again placed into tanks for the malolactic fermentation.

Once the coupage of varietals is done, the blend is placed in barrels.
