ELABORATION
Harvest of the bunches in boxes of 15Kg, with a careful selection of the fruits, always waiting for the optimum point of maturation.
Skimmed and crushed at the entrance to the cellar.With a maceration of 4 to 6 hours and then premassed. Fermented and raised in French oak barrels for 5 months.

BOTTLING
Before bottling the wine, a very gentle filtration is carried out and the sulphurous is stabilized. Once these steps are carried out, the bottling process is carried out.
CATA
Straw yellow wine with a complex aroma of ripe fruits, anise and smoked. The palate is very intense and powerful, resulting long and fresh.
