Ordering
Our system is very easy. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and they will be added into the shopping cart.. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Before finalising the order you will get a detailed resume of all the products purchased, with their prices, including tax (Iva) and transport charges, for you to check before confirming the order.
You will need to register your details with us before you buy, by filling in the customer checkout form. You can also fill in a customer account, and in that case you will only need to introduce your access details. By creating an account you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an order's status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.
We can add a gift message and specific delivery instructions to your order. Just add these on the checkout page. Additionally you can enter your message in the box provided in our online checkout, and your message will be delivered together with the wine.
Important: All prices are quoted in Euros, and are inclusive of Spanish IVA (value Added Tax @ 21%) for those countries where it applies or unless otherwise specified, but does not include any transport charges, as the shipping cost depends on the country of destination and on the Product's final weight.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods at our discretion (never after we accept your order).

Whilst every effort is made, we cannot ensure permanent availability of all wines or vintages listed. Vintages may vary from those advertised, in those cases we will always contact you to inform you of the changes of vintanges and to give you the option to go ahead with the order or modify it, at your convenience. We never substitute products and will always deliver the exact bottle that you have ordered.
To help avoid any delays or incidents when processing and shipping your order, please ensure your form is filled out completely and correctly. It is recommended to facilitate a mobile telephone number when possible.
If you are a Company outside Spain and you wish to place an order for your company, you will be invoiced without taxes, saving on the current local tax of 21%. In order to issue you with tax exemption we will need from your company a validated VIES/ROE Number, to verify that the number exists and is accepted you can check through the link of the European Commission , just enter your company's tax number and in the requester member state field enter our Tax number: B43743574 and select Spain.

Independently of the method of payment chosen. The client will receive an email with a detailed summary of the finalized shopping, and you will be facilitated with an identification number, with which you will be able to follow the order.

Delivery
The Estimated Delivery Time depends on the Country of destination.
The estimated delivery time for Mainland Spain is 3-5 working days.
All deliveries to the Balearic Island and other European countries have an estimated delivery time of 5 – 10 working days.
Delivery time is considered from the time the item leaves our shop to when it arrives at your door. We can guarantee processing your order on the next 48h of request, for all those Orders submitted and confirmed before 13:00 hrs (our time), always that the products requested are in stock and available. For all those orders submitted on Saturdays, sundays and national or local holidays, the order will be processed on the following working day.
Remember that, all those orders paid by Bank transfer will not be processed until your payment has reached us or has been confirmed.

Gotes de Vi shall not be liable for any delay in delivering your wine if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control such as war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, fire, flood storm or any other natural disaster.

The on-line Shop operates 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.
Returns & Refunds
You may cancel your order for any reason whatsoever at any time up to 7 working days from the day you receive your wine, provided all the bottles are unopened, intact and returned to us in its original undamaged packaging. Should you decide to cancel, all charges to you will be refunded as soon as the goods are returned in merchantable condition .
The charges connected with the return of the goods in this case, will be at the client´s cost.

If when you receive your purchase, detect or suspect that the package is not in order, some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken or spoiled when they are delivered, please do not accept the package and notify us as soon as possible to initiate the incident for a refund or an exchange. We will also provide a full refund or a replacement for any wines that are faulty or from any incorrect order from our side shipped to you, and in these cases we will assume all the transport charges for its return.
