History Minor


Engage in critical thinking and scholarly debates as you analyze the history of our nation and world.

Our minor in History combines breadth of knowledge with rigorous critical analysis of our cultural, social and economic past.

Courses begin with studying the period of colonization and conclude with our present-day world. Incorporating these historical perspectives into your major will allow you to gain a broad base in humanities and social sciences. You will increase your proficiency in writing, research, critical thinking and analysis, all of which make you a strong candidate in your chosen career field.
